Terms & Conditons
* All order subject to crop yield, climatic conditons and other factors.
*Prices quoted FOB David's Nursery , LLC. Prices subject to change without notice.
* Freight is added to the plant invoice and payable to David's Nursery. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO UNLOAD THEIR ORDERS.
* Short counts must be made immediately upon receipt of plants and confirmed by the truck driver. All other claims must be made in writing within seven days.
* First orders always COD. Net 30 days from the date of invoice if credit is established. All others cash. A finance charge of 1.5 % per month. 18 % annually) will be appliled on past due accounts.
* Hardiness zones are used as a guideline for each plant their suitability to that enivronment. We make no guarantee to the continued life of any plant due to differing climatic conditions and other factors,
* Liability of David's Nusery LLC. is limited to refunding purchase price.
Freight Policy

Base freight applies to deliveries greater than $4,500.
Full truck load to a single stop ($13,000 to 20,000 depending on plants) is usually 3 % less.
Preferred minimum order for delivery is $3,500. Deliveries greater than $1,500 to $2,499 do pay 3.5% more than the base freight rate. Deliveries of $2500 to $3499 do pay 2.5% more in freight. Deliveries of $3500 to 4499 do pay 1.5% more in freight.
Delivery under $1,500 not available.
Almost all plant material is delivered on shelved trailers. We use local independent companies to haul most of the plants we grow. Customers are required to unload their orders. Truck drivers are not employees of David's Nursery and do not assist in unloading.
